Nikki Blackheart made her much-awaited debut on the June 30, 2026 episode of WWE NXT, and Tatum Paxley became her first target. Blackheart took out the former NXT North American Champion right after Tatum’s hard-fought battle against Kelani Jordan in the main event.
During the same show, Jaida Parker faced Karmen Petrovic in a singles match. Karmen’s fellow faction members Nattie, Nikkita Lyons, and Layla Diuggs supported her from ringside, making things much more difficult for Miss Parker throughout the bout.

All Major Highlights
- New NXT Women’s Champion Kendal Grey opened the show by entering the ring to celebrate her title victory over Lola Vice. Wren Sinclair joined her with a two-layer cake to celebrate, but the moment was interrupted by Kelani Jordan, who questioned what they were celebrating since they had won after receiving multiple opportunities. To Kelani’s surprise, Tatum Paxley attacked her from behind, jumping over the barricade. Both women began brawling until officials separated them.
- Backstage, Izzi Dame was confronted by Zaria, leading to a heated verbal exchange. Zaria questioned why Izzi was complaining about trouble caused by Tatum Paxley, reminding her that she had already beaten Tatum before. Their argument was interrupted by loud heavy metal music coming from a nearby room, where Lizzy Rain was headbanging. Frustrated, Izzi Dame walked away, leaving Zaria alone.
- In GM Robert Stone’s office, Kelani Jordan complained about Tatum Paxley’s sneak attack earlier in the night. Stone then announced a singles match between Kelani Jordan and Tatum Paxley for the main event later that evening.
- Kali Armstrong also visited Stone’s office to request a shot at the NXT Women’s Championship against Kendal Grey. Stone told her that if she wanted a title opportunity, she would first need to make an impact and create some noise.
- Later in the same office, Kendal Grey was discussing her first NXT Women’s Championship title defense with Stone, stating that she wanted to be a fighting champion. Nattie arrived with her faction mates Karmen Petrovic, Nikkita Lyons, and Layla Diggs, and demanded a title shot. Kendal accepted the challenge, and Stone made it official for next week.
- Kendal Grey will defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Nattie on the July 7, 2026 episode of WWE NXT.
- Backstage, Tatum Paxley told Shiloh Hill that her road to regaining the NXT Women’s North American Championship would begin with a victory over Kelani Jordan tonight. She also admitted to Shiloh that she was surprised by seeing Shiloh’a dark side at NXT Great American Bash 2026.
- It was also announced that Lizzy Rain, Layla Diggs, Thea Hail, and Izzi Dame will compete in a fatal four-way match to determine the number one contender for the NXT Women’s North American Championship on the July 7, 2026 episode of WWE NXT.
- During the main event, Kendal Grey joined the commentary desk. Kali Armstrong approached and attacked her with the Kali Connection.
- After the main event match concluded, Nikki Blackheart made her NXT television debut. She attacked Tatum Paxley from behind, hitting her with a torture rack. Blackheart nearly botched the move and almost injured her knees while executing it. The NXT crowd in the arena loudly booed her.
