La Catalina has become one of the hottest free agents in women’s pro wrestling after her recent departure from CMLL. According to multiple reports, she is set to sign with Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and will make her debut for the promotion this Saturday, April 11, 2026.
Per a report by Luchablog, multiple sources have confirmed that La Catalina is about to sign a contract with AAA and will make her first appearance on the April 11 episode of AAA.
The current AAA Reina de Reinas Champion, Lady Flammer, is scheduled to celebrate her 900+ day title reign on the same show. La Catalina is expected to appear and issue a direct challenge to the leader of Las Tóxicas.
We had previously hinted at La Catalina’s potential move to AAA, and it now appears that all the pieces are falling into place.
This would mark the first major women’s wrestler signing for AAA since WWE acquired the promotion. If La Catalina is booked correctly, she likely won’t be the last.
