All Major Highlights
- In a backstage promo, ROH Women’s World Champion Athena gloated about her successful title defense at Supercard of Honor 2026. She then called out Syuri, her upcoming opponent at Global Wars Cincinnati, declaring that she would break her limb by limb. Athena said she is still upset about losing to Syuri the last time they faced each other.
- In a backstage promo, Isla Dawn spoke about her upcoming Proving Ground match against ROH Women’s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo. She warned that Deonna would have a tough time in the ring with her, as she planned to knee and kick her in the head repeatedly. Isla added that she is coming for Deonna’s title.
- In the second part of Caprice Coleman’s interview, ROH Women’s World Champion Athena discussed her relationship with Billie Starkz. Athena described her treatment of Billie as “tough love,” stating that Billie has the potential to succeed but must first beat her – the “big bad wolf” – to move beyond being a Minion in Training. She insisted that Billie would be nothing without her guidance and admitted that her biggest challengers are often the ones she creates herself, possibly by design. Athena concluded by declaring that Ring of Honor is her show. She explained how important it was to her as a child and how she has built herself and those around her there. She reaffirmed that she will remain the Forever Champion for a long time and that everyone needs to accept that fact.
- Backstage, Lacey Lane and Queen Aminata were interviewed after their match. Lane said that she and Aminata beat the hell out of each other earlier that night, and it only made her stronger. She stated she is ready to do it again and again. Aminata immediately accepted the challenge. Lacey replied that next time she would get the win. Aminata then grabbed Lacey’s chin and told her to always make sure to look up before saying “alright.”
- In a backstage interview, Deonna Purrazzo discussed her reign as ROH Women’s Pure Champion. She highlighted her open challenge in which she has taken down opponents from all across the world. She said this is what makes her reign different and that it is the Purrazzo way.
- After the ROH Women’s World Championship Proving Ground match between Athena and Hyan ended, Athena grabbed Hyan and slammed her into the ROH Women’s World Championship belt as the show went off the air.
