Anna Jay returned to the AEW Collision show on May 2, 2026, where she challenged TBS Champion Willow Nightingale in a singles match for the title.
During the same show, the stunning Sister of Sin Skye Blue faced the far less experienced Nixi XS in a competitive match.
Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne and Lena Kross) were also featured in an interesting backstage segment with Lexy Nair. They spoke about how the entire AEW Women’s Division is beneath them and crumbles at their feet.
Things got somewhat heated between former best friends Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida as Statlander blamed Shida for their loss against Divine Dominion on AEW Dynamite earlier this week.

All Major Highlights
- In footage from earlier this week at the AEW Dynamite April 29, 2026 show, Renee Paquette interviewed Hikaru Shida and Kris Statlander following their AEW Women’s Tag Team Championship match loss to Divine Dominion. Shida said they had almost won and told Statlander not to worry. She said, “I won’t blame you, it wasn’t your fault.” Statlander angrily put her hand on Shida’s neck and pushed her against the wall, saying, “Of course it wasn’t my fault. You did all this to me. You kicked me in the stomach and you kept tagging yourself in.” Hikaru started saying something in Japanese, but Statlander put her hand on Shida’s mouth and said, “That’s enough out of you. I was this close to making history and you cost me everything.” Shida apologized to Statlander, saying they had been friends for seven years and that she promised she would make it up to her. Statlander left, and Shida once again said, “I will make it up to you.”
- Hikaru Shida, Kris Statlander, Harley Cameron, and Mina Shirakawa were standing alongside Renee Paquette backstage. Shida told Statlander that she had promised she would make it up to her, so she had gotten them a match against Mina and Harley next week. Harley said, “What are you talking about? I thought I was not on your level.” Shida told Harley that she was not even on the level of touching her kendo stick. Mina asked Statlander how she could trust Shida again and how she could give her another chance. She also asked Statlander where she was when Toni Storm was attacked. Shida left, saying, “I’m not listening to this anymore,” and Statlander also left along with her. Mina then apologized to Harley, and Harley said, “I don’t even know what to say now.”
- In a backstage interview with Lexy Nair, Divine Dominion members Megan Bayne and Lena Kross spoke. Megan told Lexy, “You’re not standing with us. You are standing beneath us just like this entire division.” Lena said Divine Dominion had just defeated Statlander and Shida, two former world champions and two of the best women in the company, and that they had crumbled at their feet. Megan said, “What two other women even have a prayer? Lexy, can you think of two?” Megan asked Lexy if she wanted to try, and Lexy replied, “No, absolutely not.” Megan said the only hope this division had was if God took mercy on their souls and struck them both down. Lena then added, “Or else just stop trying.”
- Mina Shirakawa and Harley Cameron versus Kris Statlander and Hikaru Shida was announced for next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite on May 6, 2026.
